The Copilot reads your mandates before you do
An automatic review that spots missing documents, price inconsistencies and dates that don't add up. How we built it.

Most problem agreements do not fail spectacularly. A signature is missing, or a document, or a clause. The file moves forward anyway — until the day it has to be produced.
Why human checking fails
It is not a question of diligence. An agent rereading their own agreement rereads it with what they believe they put in it. The bias is well documented, and it gets stronger under time pressure — which is to say, always.
Cross-checking works better, but it assumes an available colleague willing to read twelve pages. In a four-person agency, that does not happen.
What an automated review does
Hussteer's Copilot reads the agreement and compares it with the file: the property, the parties, the expected documents, the dates. It does not judge the commercial quality of the wording — it checks consistency and flags what is missing.
- A detail in the agreement that contradicts the property record.
- A document announced but absent from the file.
- An inconsistent date, or a deadline already passed.
- A required clause that does not appear in the document.
A tool that says “the energy certificate is missing” is worth more than a tool that scores your agreement out of twenty.
What it does not replace
It does not replace a lawyer, and it will not tell you whether a clause suits your situation. It knows nothing of the negotiation's context, nor of what the seller agreed to verbally.
It does one thing, and does it well: run through a list of objective checks, without tiring, on the twelfth agreement of the week as on the first. That is precisely the work humans do badly.
When to run it
Before signing, not after. A gap found before the appointment is fixed with an email; the same gap found three weeks later is fixed with a trip.
