Hussteer was born in an estate agency, not in a lab. I spent years watching colleagues lose their evenings retyping the same details from one piece of software into another. I built the tool I wish I'd had: you speak, the listing is created, it goes out to the portals, and you get back to your clients. Our pricing follows the same rule — no hidden fees, no lock-in, you move plan when your agency does.

Pricing FAQ
The core of the job: CRM, diary, mandates, contacts and documents, for one user and 50 GB of storage. Listing distribution, e-signature and AI come with the Agence plan.
Yes, at any time and in either direction. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated over the days remaining.
None on the monthly plan: cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The yearly plan runs for twelve months in exchange for two months free.
Each plan includes a number of seats. Beyond that, a seat costs £15 on Solo, £12 on Agence and £10 on Réseau, per month. Enterprise moves to a tiered rate.
No. AI is included in the plans that unlock it, with a monthly pool of credits shared across the whole agency. If you go over it, we tell you before billing anything.
Hussteer includes the technical connection to the portals and the publication tracking. Portal subscriptions themselves stay contracted directly by your agency, as they are today.
Nothing triggers on its own: no card is asked for at sign-up. After eight days you pick a plan, or your account goes read-only — no data is lost.
Yes. Your properties, contacts, mandates and documents can be exported at any time from the settings, in open formats. They're your data, not ours.
