Terms of sale

Terms of sale

Last updated: 28 August 2026

The terms applying to subscriptions, billing and the paid services offered by Hussteer.

These Terms of Sale define the commercial conditions applying to the paid services offered by Hussteer. They apply to professionals taking out a subscription or buying additional services from Hussteer. Subscribing to a paid plan implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Hussteer plans

Hussteer is offered as several subscription plans suited to the needs of real-estate professionals. Depending on the plan chosen, the subscription may determine:

  • the number of authorised users;
  • the features available;
  • storage capacity;
  • the services and integrations available;
  • the limits or quotas attached to certain features;
  • and any additional services.

The detailed characteristics of each plan are presented on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Some plans intended for organisations with specific needs may be covered by a quote or a separate commercial contract.

2. Monthly or annual subscription

Hussteer subscriptions may be offered with monthly or annual billing. On subscribing, the client chooses the plan and billing period that suit them from those available. An annual subscription commits the client for the corresponding annual period and may benefit from a preferential rate compared with monthly billing. The applicable conditions are those displayed and accepted at the time of order.

3. Prices

Current prices are shown on the Hussteer Pricing page or, for some plans, in the quote or contract sent to the client. Prices for professionals are stated exclusive of tax, unless indicated otherwise. VAT and any applicable taxes are added in accordance with current regulations. The total amount payable is presented to the client before the order is confirmed.

4. Price changes

Hussteer may change its prices to reflect developments in the platform, its features or its operating costs. A price change does not retroactively affect a subscription period already paid for. Where a change concerns the future renewal of an existing subscription, the client is informed within a reasonable time before it takes effect. The client remains free to terminate the subscription before the renewal concerned if they do not wish to accept the new price.

5. Artificial-intelligence features

Some Hussteer features may rely on artificial-intelligence technologies. Depending on the plan taken out, a quantity of usage may be included in the subscription. Beyond that included usage, some features may require Hussteer credits held in the organisation's wallet. Where applicable, the credit cost of an operation is shown to the user before it is triggered, or can be consulted from the Hussteer interface. Credits are attached to the organisation that bought them and may be used by its authorised users.

6. Hussteer wallet and credits

The client can top up their credit wallet from their Hussteer workspace, at the amounts and on the conditions offered at the time of purchase. Credits are an internal unit of usage within Hussteer. They are neither electronic money nor a means of payment, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be transferred to another organisation, unless expressly offered by Hussteer. Where an operation billed in credits fails for a technical reason attributable to Hussteer and no service was actually delivered, the corresponding credits are not debited, or are credited back.

7. Payment

Payment for subscriptions and additional services is made using the payment methods offered at the time of order. Online payments are processed by our secure payment provider, Stripe. Hussteer does not itself retain full bank-card details used for payment. An invoice is made available to the client for billed operations, in the manner offered in their Hussteer workspace.

8. Automatic renewal

Unless indicated otherwise at subscription, Hussteer subscriptions renew automatically on their due date. A monthly subscription renews for a further monthly period. An annual subscription renews for a further annual period. Renewal takes place at the price applicable to the next period, subject to any price changes previously communicated to the client.

9. Termination

The client may request termination of their subscription from the features provided in their Hussteer workspace, or by contacting Hussteer. No particular notice period is required, unless otherwise provided in a specific quote or contract. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The client therefore keeps access to the features matching their subscription until that date. Save any contrary legal obligation or specific commercial arrangement, sums already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.

10. Changing plan

Where this option is offered, the client may change plan from their Hussteer workspace. When moving to a higher plan, the new price and any billing adjustments are presented before confirmation. When moving to a lower plan, the change may take effect at the next due date, so as to preserve features already paid for in the current period. Some limitations may apply where a change of plan reduces the number of users, the storage or certain features.

11. Additional users

Some plans may include a set number of users. Where the plan allows it, additional users may be added at extra cost. The applicable price is the one shown when the user is added, or provided for in the client's contract. Removing an additional user may end their billing from the next applicable due date.

12. No consumer right of withdrawal

Hussteer services are intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their business. The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for certain consumer contracts is therefore not intended to apply on the same terms to professional Hussteer subscriptions. Any trial periods, commercial guarantees or refund options offered by Hussteer are specified at the time of subscription.

13. Payment failure

In the event of a failed or missed payment, Hussteer may attempt to charge the stored payment method again and inform the client so that they can put matters right. Failing regularisation after notification, Hussteer may suspend all or part of access to paid features. Suspension of the service does not immediately entail deletion of the client's data. Hussteer will endeavour to allow the client to regularise their situation before any final measure concerning their account.

14. Data after termination

At the end of the subscription, access to paid features may be disabled. The client is invited to export any data they wish to keep a copy of before their environment is permanently closed. The terms and periods for retaining or deleting data after termination are set out in the Privacy policy and, where applicable, in the contractual provisions governing data processing.

15. Liability

Hussteer undertakes to provide the services subscribed to in accordance with these terms and with the characteristics presented at the time of order. Hussteer cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the service, from incorrect information supplied by the client, from a failure attributable to a third-party service, or from an event reasonably beyond its control. Further terms governing use of the platform are set out in the Terms of use.

16. Force majeure

Hussteer cannot be held liable for a delay in, or inability to, perform all or part of its obligations where these result from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French law.

17. Complaints

For any question about a subscription, an invoice, a payment or these terms, the client may contact Hussteer at:

fabrice@hussteer.com

Hussteer will endeavour to handle requests as quickly as possible.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, Hussteer and the client will endeavour to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent court in accordance with the rules applicable to business-to-business relations.

19. Changes to these terms

Hussteer may change these terms to reflect developments in its plans, its services or applicable regulations. The new terms apply to new subscriptions as soon as they are published. Where a substantial change concerns an existing subscription, the client is informed before it applies at the next renewal.

Trust, security and transparency

Hussteer is a SaaS platform built for real-estate professionals. We are committed to protecting your data, keeping our services transparent and complying with applicable regulations.

Data protection

The data you import, create or store in Hussteer remains yours. It is never resold to third parties and is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Artificial intelligence

Hussteer's artificial-intelligence features are designed to assist professionals in their daily work. Automatically generated content — including property descriptions, summaries, replies or suggestions — must be checked before publication. Users remain responsible for the information they publish.

Voice publishing

Voice commands are analysed in order to create or complete property records. Voice recognition may misinterpret input. Human validation is always recommended before publishing.

Listing distribution

Listings can be sent to various property portals and partner services. Availability of integrations, publication times and certain features depend on the APIs and terms of use of each partner.

Electronic signature

Where an electronic signature is used, it is provided by a specialist provider. The signature process, archiving and retention of evidence are the provider's responsibility, in line with applicable regulations.

Service availability

We do everything we can to provide a reliable, high-performing platform. Temporary interruptions may nonetheless occur during maintenance, or as a result of events beyond our control.

Security

Traffic between your browser and Hussteer is encrypted. We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration.

Third-party integrations

Some features rely on third-party services such as property portals, electronic-signature providers, mapping services, payment solutions and artificial-intelligence models. Hussteer cannot be held responsible for interruptions, changes or limitations originating from those services.

Platform evolution

Hussteer evolves continuously. Features, integrations, pricing and terms of use may change in order to improve the service or to meet regulatory developments.

Limitation of liability

Hussteer provides support tools for real-estate professionals. Users remain solely responsible for the information they publish, for valuations, listings, generated documents, mandates and collected signatures, and for compliance with their legal and professional obligations.
